Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Build ETL/ELT workflows using DBT and Apache Airflow.
• Develop efficient SQL queries.
• Work with Spark or Flink.
• Build data models and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers.
• Optimize database performance.
• Deploy workloads on Kubernetes or YARN.
• Follow CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and documentation best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong DBT, SQL, Apache Airflow.
• Python (preferred), Rust, Java, or Scala.
• Relational & NoSQL databases.
• ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing.

Preferred Skills

• Spark/Flink.
• Kubernetes/YARN.
• Parquet, ORC, Iceberg.
• AWS: S3, Athena, MWAA, EKS, ElastiCache, SageMaker.
• Data Lake architecture.
• CI/CD and DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
