Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer I eLearning Visual Designer with years of experience in digital learning, motion graphics, and visual content production. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual design skills along with hands-on expertise in Storyline, Adobe tools, AI-assisted workflows, and modern eLearning production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• eLearning Design: Create visually engaging assets for interactive eLearning courses and Storyline modules.
• Storyline Support: Design layouts, interactions, learning screens, and visual elements for Storyline-based courses.
• Graphic Design: Create icons, illustrations, infographics, UI layouts, and branded learning assets.
• Motion Graphics: Create motion graphic videos, animated explainers, and multimedia learning assets.
• Mockups & Visual Concepts: Create learning screen mockups, visual concepts, and UI layouts.
• AI-Assisted Design: Use AI tools to create videos, generate graphic assets, perform content mining, and accelerate visual production.
• Course Production: Support development of Level 1 to Level 4 eLearning courses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Instructional Designers, developers, SMEs, and project teams.
• LMS Understanding: Support LMS publishing and understand eLearning delivery environments.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Expertise in creating Motion Graphic videos.
• Knowledge of AI tools for:
  • content mining,
  • AI-generated videos,
  • rapid asset creation,
  • storyboard assistance.
• Strong visual design and layout skills.
• Hands-on experience in creating learning mockups and UI concepts.
• Understanding of different levels of eLearning production.
• Basic understanding of LMS platforms.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of storyboard writing.
• AI-assisted storyboard creation experience.
• Exposure to compliance or HSE learning projects.
• Video editing and multimedia production experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environments.

Experience Required

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, eLearning production, motion graphics, or digital content creation.
• Experience in corporate learning or digital learning production preferred.
