Overview

We are looking for Power BI Development experience and UiPath BA experience.

Experience: 6-10 Years.

Mode: Hybrid / Remote - (Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida)

Shift: European (12:30pm-9:30pm IST)

Contract Duration: 6 Months C2C

Note: Candidates must be flexible & required from mentioned locations only.

Required Skills

• BI & Data Skills
  • 3+ years development exp building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • SQL proficiency for querying operational data sources.
  • Comfortable with REST APIs or data exports to pull platform data into reporting layers.
• UiPath Platform
  • Hands-on with Orchestrator: tenants, robots, processes, queues, assets, triggers, and job logs.
  • Experience with UiPath Insights — building custom dashboards, KPI tiles, and interpreting built-in reports.
  • Understands attended vs. unattended robots, process metadata, and transaction lifecycle states.
• Business Alignment
  • Proven ability to translate technical metrics into value narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building ROI or business value models (FTE savings, cost avoidance, SLA compliance).
  • Strong communication in English; confident presenting to executives and clients.
  • The analyst should be comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate US and EU time zones.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath certifications.
• Background in consumer finance, collections, legal services, or BPO.
