Overview

We are looking for a motivated Application Developer to join our team and build innovative Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for a developer who is strong in core programming (Java, Python, Angular), SQL (Snowflake preferred), Spring Boot and Spring AI and has developed Solutions involving Gen AI Agent, Prompt Engineering, Semantic Model, and MCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain web components using Angular and develop scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• AI Orchestration: Assist in building and managing AI agents and multi-step workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph or LangChain4J.
• Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and iterate on high-quality prompts to ensure accurate and safe LLM outputs.
• AI Tooling: Utilize and configure enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Q or equivalent Coding Assistants to accelerate development and automation.
• Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and retrieve data for AI-driven applications.
• Prototyping: Rapidly develop "Proof of Concept" (PoC) applications to test new Gen AI use cases.
• Data Integration: Good understanding of Integration protocols like REST, MCP, etc.

Required Skills

• Experience: 6 years of professional experience.
• Core Languages: Solid foundational knowledge of Java and Python.
• Frontend: Basic experience with Angular (TypeScript) for building modern UIs.
• Gen AI Knowledge: Agent, MCP, Prompt Engineering.
• Strong interest in Prompt Engineering and Agent Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or Amazon Q.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with Snowflake is a significant plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
