About the Role: We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong .NET expertise to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, strong programming fundamentals, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to automate complex processes.

Key Responsibilities

• RPA Development
  • Design, build, and deploy RPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop or other RPA tools.
  • Automate manual, repetitive, and rule-based business processes across systems and applications.
  • Develop reusable components, libraries, and framework-level enhancements for automation projects.
  • Perform bot orchestration, scheduling, error handling, and exception management.
• .NET Development
  • Build and maintain automation components, APIs, and integrations using C / .NET Framework / .NET Core.
  • Write efficient, clean, and scalable code supporting backend logic for RPA processes.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with internal applications, databases, and external services via .NET components.
• Solution Design & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to understand processes and convert them into process definition documents (PDDs).
  • Design technical specification documents (TDDs) for automation workflows.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest automation-first solutions.
• Testing & Deployment
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and UAT support for automated processes.
  • Ensure high reliability, accuracy, and performance of automation workflows.
  • Deploy automations in production and manage version control.
• Support & Maintenance
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing bots.
  • Provide root cause analysis for failures and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide documentation and user training where required.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA (Power Automate Desktop and Cloud).
  • Strong programming skills in C/.NET, including API development, Windows applications, and services.
  • Experience with Power Automate cloud flows, triggers, connectors, and integrations (optional but preferred).
  • Solid understanding of automation best practices, workflow logic, exception handling, and logging.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and basic scripting (PowerShell, Python, or VBScript).
  • Familiarity with process mining tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, .NET) are an advantage.
• Experience in large-scale automation rollouts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
