Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of MDM solutions, defining data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, and reference data management (RDM) structures
• Implement complex match/merge rules, survivorship criteria, and trust/decay frameworks in Reltio
• Develop robust integrations between MDM hubs and downstream enterprise systems utilizing ETL processes, APIs, and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
• Enforce data stewardship, establish data quality frameworks, and drive compliance across systems
• Conduct workshops with business analysts to gather requirements, communicate system impacts, and translate business needs into technical designs

Required Skills

• 6 to 8+ years of dedicated Master Data Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically hands-on with Reltio Platform
• Hands-on experience with Reltio Platform configuration/development
• Proficiency in defining master/reference data solutions, data profiling, and designing multidomain models
• Strong SQL & Exposure to at least one Data Warehouse Database
• Experience in any one ETL / ELT tools (SSIS / Informatica / DBT / Azure Data Factory) and RESTful APIs.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Reltio or Informatica
• Familiarity with Data Governance & Data Lineage
• Domain knowledge in Retail, Healthcare or Insurance
