Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Configure and enhance Audit Management and Control Testing capabilities.
• Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and Workspaces.
• Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, script includes, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management/GRC).
• Hands-on experience with Audit Management.
• Experience implementing and configuring Control Testing.
• Experience building applications using UI Builder.
• Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Strong scripting skills, including:
• JavaScript
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Flow Designer/Workflows
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
