Overview

We're looking for a GTM Engineer who moves at the speed of opportunity — not the speed of IT. You'll work directly with our Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to identify growth and acceleration levers, then build and ship solutions in hours or days using AI as your primary tool. No long sprint cycles. No waiting for tickets. Just fast, high-impact execution that keeps us ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt for quick-win GTM opportunities across the revenue funnel
• Build AI-powered automations, workflows, and tools that make our go-to-market teams faster and smarter
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Service to translate business needs into working solutions — rapidly
• Run experiments, measure what works, and scale or kill fast

Required Skills

• Proven experience shipping GTM solutions quickly using AI tools (Claude, GPT, Cursor, Clay, n8n, Make, or similar)
• Strong instincts for where automation creates real revenue impact
• Comfort working across CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms
• A bias for action — you ship, learn, and iterate
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

This is not a traditional marketing ops or IT role. If you need 6 weeks and a requirements doc to ship something, this probably isn't the right fit.
