Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer-facing Solution Architect / Technical Consulting Lead who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or technical project management, with a proven ability to engage directly with enterprise customers. This role involves leading discovery workshops, presenting solution recommendations to senior executives, and coordinating execution with cross-functional engineering, product, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, and data science teams. The candidate will be responsible for structuring ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams, defining solution approaches, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment between customer goals and engineering deliverables. While hands-on coding is not expected, the role requires strong technical fluency to review architectural approaches, challenge implementation decisions, and facilitate meaningful discussions with engineering teams. Candidates from leading consulting and technology organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM Consulting, BCG X, Capgemini, or similar firms are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing discovery workshops and gather detailed business requirements from enterprise stakeholders
• Conduct solution discussions and present recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, executive solution decks, project proposals, architecture presentations, and business documentation
• Prepare dashboards, project trackers, timelines, status reports, and management presentations using Microsoft Office and visualization tools
• Understand ambiguous business problems, structure them into clear workstreams, and define solution approaches
• Coordinate execution with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, and data science teams
• Document meeting minutes (MoMs), customer feedback, action items, risks, and project updates
• Ensure effective follow-up with all stakeholders on action items and decisions
• Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, tracking project progress and identifying risks
• Ensure customer expectations remain aligned with engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Review technical approaches and challenge implementation decisions where necessary
• Facilitate technical design discussions with engineering teams
• Recommend appropriate technologies, AI models, cloud platforms, frameworks, and development methodologies
• Drive sprint planning, software estimation, and project governance activities
• Independently represent the organization during customer meetings and executive discussions

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Technology Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technical Program Management, or Technical Project Management
• Strong customer-facing experience including leading discovery workshops and stakeholder presentations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to create visually compelling documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience creating executive solution decks, project proposals, and architecture presentations
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams and solution approaches
• Experience documenting MoMs, action items, risks, and project updates
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, software estimation, and project governance
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, and Data Science teams
• Functional understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise application development
• Aware of code review processes, debugging methodologies, and software quality practices
• Ability to recommend technologies, AI models, cloud platforms, and development methodologies
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and tracking project progress

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in consulting organizations, digital engineering firms, AI consulting companies, or enterprise software services organizations
• Background from organizations such as ZS Associates, Fractal Analytics, Tiger Analytics, Tredence, QuantumBlack, BCG X, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, or Capgemini
• Exposure to customer consulting, executive presentations, and end-to-end solution delivery
• Experience with visualization tools for dashboards and management reporting
