Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise DevSecOps transformation initiatives and platform modernization programs.
• Define target-state architecture, technology roadmap, reference architectures, and implementation strategies.
• Assess current-state DevOps/DevSecOps capabilities and develop future-state solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design and architect CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security automation, and cloud-native solutions.
• Drive adoption and governance of enterprise tools including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Sonatype, OpenShift, and ServiceNow.
• Architect secure software supply chain solutions, integrating security controls throughout the SDLC.
• Define DevSecOps standards, frameworks, best practices, and operating models.
• Provide technical leadership for implementation teams and guide complex solution deployments.
• Troubleshoot critical technical issues and mentor engineers on DevSecOps practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to embed security-by-design principles.
• Lead platform assessments, architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical recommendations.
• Establish governance, compliance, risk management, and security controls within DevSecOps ecosystems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements to enhance engineering productivity and security posture.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, proposal development, and executive stakeholder presentations.

Experience Required

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in DevOps/DevSecOps transformation programs.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale DevSecOps platforms.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Sonatype, ServiceNow, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and compliance requirements.
